Short term- 1-3 months

be fit, get into exercise

Mid term

lose weight, 10-12 kg in 6 to 10 months

long ter

20 kg in 12 months

liminate snacking, no sugar, less carb and exercise

Everyday is a new beginning

I need to set new goals for myself, both professionally and personally.

1)focus on my mind and body, only feed myself with wholesome, good food
2)focus on follow thru things i have scheduled for myself. Mom needs to be a good role model for daughter.
3)Reflect everynight on things around me

Everyday is a new day!! focus on positive things only





Grandpa's Birthday,
and Isabel is looking at the cake with a big smile, she also learnt to sing happy birthday for Grandpa!! (21 months)


Isabel with daddy, another late night sleeping battle, so we had her downstairs with us in her comfy pajamas, as happy as she can be.
